Location
Kendal Industrial Park, Central Java, Indonesia
Project Scope & Result
Workplace interior design integrating open-plan offices, meeting rooms, collaborative lounges, exposed industrial ceilings, and sustainability-focused brand communication.
An Office Within a Recycling Facility
Located within ALBA Tridi Plastics Recycling Indonesia’s facility at Kendal Industrial Park, Central Java, the workplace is designed as an extension of the company’s purpose and global identity. ALBA Tridi operates a state-of-the-art facility that transforms post-consumer PET bottles into high-quality recycled PET materials, making sustainability and circularity a natural starting point for the workplace concept.
Modern Industrial Workplace Design
The design translates this purpose into a modern industrial workplace, combining exposed ceilings, open-plan work areas, collaborative spaces, meeting rooms, and informal lounges with ALBA’s distinctive visual identity. Sustainability messaging and references to the recycling journey are integrated throughout the environment, allowing the workplace to communicate what the company does—not only through graphics, but through the overall spatial experience.
Bringing the Circular Economy Into the Workplace
At the heart of the concept is the idea of turning waste into value. Materials, environmental graphics, displays, and dedicated storytelling areas connect employees and visitors with ALBA Tridi’s circular-economy mission, while flexible work and collaboration spaces support the people behind it. The result is a workplace where brand, sustainability, industry, and people come together, reflecting ALBA Group Asia’s wider vision of creating a world without waste.
