The Brief
Located at Sequis Tower in SCBD, Jakarta, Vale Indonesia’s new workplace marks the company’s relocation from the Energy Building into a refreshed corporate environment. The design translates Vale’s global workplace identity into a distinctly local setting, following the brand principles and visual language shared across Vale offices worldwide.
Sustainable Workplace Transformation
Sustainability played an important role in the project. Rather than replacing furniture that remained in excellent condition, many existing pieces were carefully retained and integrated into the new office. This approach extended the life of valuable assets, reduced unnecessary material consumption and waste, and demonstrated how workplace transformation can balance a fresh environment with responsible use of existing resources.

The workplace reflects the same strong sense of environment that defines Vale’s operations globally. Natural references, purposeful colors, collaborative spaces, and consistent brand elements come together to create an environment that feels unmistakably Vale—connecting people, culture, and place while providing a functional workplace designed for the way the organization works today.
